The Cloud Bookkeeper will support the Partners in various functions throughout the practice. The main function of the Cloud Bookkeeper will be to help set up and manage client bookkeeping files for our clients.
Primary Duties Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations & Entries in QuickBooks
Manage Accounts Payable
Manage Account Receivable & Invoicing
Prepare Year-end Records
File T4 & T5 Income Tax Returns
Prepare & Process Payroll & Source Deductions
Prepare Government Slips and GST/HST Returns
Prepare Records of Employment
Communicate with CRA Pertaining to Internal & Client Files
Assist clients with new company setups QuickBooks
Learn new technology that can be used in increasing efficiency on files and to provide a better overall user experience for our clients
Bookkeeping or Accounting Technical Experience of – 2+ Years
QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online of – 2+ Years
Experience within an accounting firm environment is strongly preferred
PaymentEvolution Payroll Processing will be an asset
