SOMMAIRE GÉNÉRAL Saisir fidèlement les données dans le système informatisé. Trier, séparer, mettre en lot et numériser les lettres de transport et les documents pertinents à des fins de douanes et d'archives. Tenir les dossiers, recueillir et rechercher les données pour produire des rapports. Veiller à la perception et au dépôt exacts et ponctuels des paiements des clients.

General Summary:

Accurately enter data into computerized system. Sort, split, batch and image airbills and relevant documents for customs and archival purposes. Maintain files, gather and research data to generate reports. Ensure accurate & timely collection and deposit of operational payments from customers.


High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Demonstrated good typing skills 25 wpm.

Demonstrated basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good time management & organization skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Shift: Mon to Friday, from approx. 15:00 to 18:30

Min 17.50 hours per week

Wage: $15.75/hour

In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver's abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered
