We are looking for a Manager to join our Montréal-based infrastructure advisory team. The candidate will support our team playing a financial analysis advisory role for major infrastructure projects in Québec.

What you will do Execute engagements as part of a team providing advice for major infrastructure projects, primarily to public sector entities; Develop, review, update complex financial models and perform various financial and economic analysis in support of large infrastructure projects; Perform risk analysis for major projects; Perform cost-benefit and multicriteria analysis for major projects; Contribute towards the development of procurement strategies and processes for major projects; Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, using data from statistical websites, semi-structured interviews, focus groups and literature reviews; Manage client relationships and be the point of contact with the engineering teams; Summarize analysis and broad findings in the form of compelling presentations and reports, in excellent French and English, using Word and PowerPoint; Train and lead Consultants and Senior Consultants; Lead the preparation of proposals. You will be able to elevate your skills as you learn from a high-performing team. What you bring to the role At least 5 years of major project experience in relation to financial and economic studies; Proven technical and analytical abilities, including solid financial analysis and financial modelling skills applied to infrastructure projects; Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French); Solid communication, presentation and writing skills, including the ability to grasp and effectively summarize complex documents; Solid knowledge of finance and economics for major projects; University degree in a related discipline (business, finance, engineering, etc.); Professional designation in finance (CFA, CBV) and/or economics will be considered an asset; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Keys to your success: Strong ability and willingness to manage several different projects in a deadline-driven environment. Maturity, determination, creativity and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
