The PAC Supply Chain Project Leader is responsible for executing the supply chain network transformation and strategy for PAC (parts, accessories and clothing) businesses.  Working closely with the regional leaders, she/he oversees delivering operational excellence and great service to our customers across the region through strategic projects and continuous improvements implementations.

By making effective use of his knowledge acquired from the network, the Project Manager - PAC Supply Chain seeks and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and is a source of proposals.

The PAC Supply Chain Project Manager, with his experience, organizes his priorities among the multiple demands from various stakeholders, leads and influences the partners and adapts to a very dynamic environment.


- Support the PAC growth plan and Customer value proposition

- Leads the portfolio management of the PAC strategic supply chain projects

- Responsible for prioritizing and tracking of continuous improvements initiatives in line with the supply chain transformation;

- Ensure leadership and collaborate with our 3PL’s and service providers for enhanced solution implementation;

- Manage the projects budget/forecasts process and implement cost mitigation strategies when needed;

- Help define standard KPIs across all regions and sites including Service Level Agreement with 3PL;

- Establish a network of value added external partners to bring new concepts into the business;

- Coordinates the work done by a multidisciplinary team associated with the realization of projects.

- Animates various workshops to identify opportunities for improvement, monitoring indicators and implementing action plans;

- Improve our customer service promise in line with BRP brand positioning and competitive landscape evolution;

- Adapt PAC operation practices to new growth levers like B2C and vehicle customization;


- Bachelor in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or in a relevant field

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain projects management in similar industries (automotive, consumer goods, service parts, etc)

- Lead significant supply chain optimization projects and associated system implementation

- Experience working in a logistic model

- Good knowledge of SAP and/or JDA environment

- Capable to efficiently communicate and promote his ideas to different level of the organization including top Executives;

- Confirmed team player, always searching for innovative idea's to increase top-line (passionate about growth as much as optimizing the costs) and to surpass customer service promise;

- Viewed as a strong & passionate leader with a focus on people, organizational development, relationship building and change management;

- Organized and analytical, focused on process improvement and maximizing systems capabilities;

- Recognized ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.

- Some travel is required to support international operations and expansion plans.
