We are currently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the Moncton area for our client which is one of Canada’s largest residential landlords, owning and operating apartment properties and manufactured home communities across seven provinces. This is a temporary position, approx. 3 months in length to start immediately. Pay rate is $16.50 per hour.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone lines

• Various office duties such as filing, faxing, email

• Entering work and purchase orders into the system

• Preparing letters and memo’s to be sent to tenants

• Receive payments from tenants

• Front reception duties; greet tenants, outside deliveries etc…

• Other administrative duties

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be willing to provide criminal record check

• Must be bilingual (French & English)

• MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Organizational skills

• Be reliable and dependable

• Experience in the property management industry an asset but not necessary
