Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Credit Assistant to work from home initially in Brossard, QC. To qualify for the Bilingual (French/English) Credit Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in call center and income verification. We are seeking candidates with previous financial institution or banking experience. You will have to be open to a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm. Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. The Bilingual (French/English) Credit Assistant position is 1-year full-time contract with a possibility of extension, paying $18.00/hr.

Bilingual (French/English) Credit Assistant Responsibilities Include:

- Work with income verification - meaning once applications are submitted candidates will receive proof of income and will be required to follow a series of step and determine if they can proceed. If the document is not substantial, they will need to get verbal confirmation from the company

- Support partner relationships and be responsible for providing a broad range of operational and/or credit processing activities to ensure business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

- Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or clients

- Provide guidance and support to business partners or customers on a broad range of credit products offered in a business line or product suite and/or within authorization limit

Bilingual (French/English) Credit Assistant Qualifications Include:

- High school is minimum. University is preferred (relating to business, math, or finance)

- Must be bilingual (French/English)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience at call center

- Minimum of 2 years of experience of Income Verification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience of customer service

- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
