Responsible for executing all activities related to time processes such as running and processing time, updating time/leave data, monitoring replication, assisting with data quality, etc. This role ensures all activities are complete in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.


- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

- Coordinates and processes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the integrity of time/payroll data

- Collaborates with Senior Time Analysts to investigate and resolve discrepancies/errors, escalates for resolution where appropriate

- Maintains time systems, entering new information and making changes as required

- Ensures proper distribution of bi-weekly audits

- Ensures the processing and completion of all time data is in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Responds to and resolves payroll and time related inquiries or concerns as required

- Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions

- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct

- Champions a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team

Education/Experience Requirements:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business or related field

- PMP designation or in progress is considered an asset

- Previous experience in payroll and accounts payable processing preferred

- Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures

- Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity

- Knowledge of payroll policies, processes and practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities

- Experience with transaction processing and data management

- Strong analytical skills
