We’re looking for a… Ad Ops Specialist, Demand!!

What you will do…

- Manage planning, setup, pacing and reporting of ad campaigns on DSP platforms and social platforms.

- Review and QA campaign details and ad creative to ensure they comply with specifications.

- Investigate and troubleshoot any issue with ad tag implementation, impression or click discrepancies, or other ad serving.

- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure client’s targets are met successfully.

- Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client expectations and recommend the appropriate campaign approach.

- Analyze and interpret campaign results to provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance future results and document best practices.

What you will bring…

You have a good grasp of digital advertising technologies, specifically ad servers, DSPs, DMPs and other media buying platforms. This will be backed by your knowledge of online ad serving tech, including tracking and conversion mechanisms and implementation, rich media tags, HTML, and JavaScript. You have strong analytical capabilities with an aptitude for determining the optimal ways to setup, deliver, troubleshoot, and QA campaigns. You are no stranger to excel. You are able to self-manage, keep track of, and organize your work. You have a high attention to detail and a great level of accuracy in completing tasks. You do not find tight deadlines daunting and you are able to deal with the stress of multiple priorities. It doesn’t bother you to support campaigns outside of regular office hours on occasion. You know how to communicate with sales and ad tech teams.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone with an eye for anomalies and the curiosity to investigate and gain insight from their presence. You are someone who is willing to press all the buttons to find out what they do in an interface. You are excited to share new tech and insights with your team. While not often, you can deal with making mistakes, even big ones. You are able to rely on your team and they on you.
