We are hiring an Administrator, Internal Sales!

The Administrator is responsible for supporting the internal sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Distribute faxes to the internal sales team

- Distribute H5 workflow in Merlin to the internal sales team

- Generate and distribute daily renewals in Optimus and sort by assigned mortgage specialist number

- Edit renewals requested by renewal specialist

- Retrieve phone messages left on internal sales queue and distribute accordingly

- Distribute mail to appropriate individuals in the department

- Maintain printer/photocopier

- Ensure supply room and kitchen is stocked at all times

Skills and Attributes:

- Organizational skills to manage several ongoing and competing tasks at one time

- Competency in Microsoft Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems

- Strong communication skills (written and oral)

- Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred

Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:

- Office environment

- Periods of high volume with tight timelines

- Long periods of stationary position/sitting

- Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse)

- Long periods of time in viewing a computer screen

- Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program
