We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. With your mastered skills and years of experience being a customer centric, and consultative sales executive, you will have the opportunity to lead by example in our largest enterprise customers. This person is well connected in the Toronto area and can grow our Enterprise Business and Client Portfolio.

This role will align our Fully Managed’s award winning portfolio of services and solutions to our clients’ business initiatives and assist them with their digital journey. Key Areas of Responsibility

To succeed the Enterprise Account Executive must have ability to sell at the C-level across multiple industry sectors and work with industry leading technology partners in a co-selling model. The Enterprise Account Executive will become knowledgeable in all aspects of Fully Managed’s portfolio of services and solutions to help drive repeatable and sustainable solutions and high business growth.

- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospects

- Present, promote and sell products/services using a consultative and business value approach to existing and prospective customers

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, solutions, and services to better align our own portfolio of client offerings.

- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, forecasts, monthly and annual territory analyses.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements

- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas

- Established network of trusted client relationships

- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills

- Ability to lead client presentations, facilitate quarterly briefings and Executive discussions

- Demonstrate client relationship management best practices

- Orchestrate and navigate virtual teams and subject matter experts

- Strong negotiating and sales consultative skills and capacity


- Strong IT knowledge and background, including product, professional services, managed services, and cloud computing

- Previous experience consulting, advising, and selling IT services in the Toronto area

- Strong background in hardware and software

- Strong IT knowledge, including product, professional services, managed services, and cloud computing
