We are a fast-moving and constantly growing landscape construction and maintenance company operating in Nova Scotia. We are primarily a commercial and design-build residential contractor. We are the largest hardscape installer in the Atlantic provinces that focuses on the most premier projects like Argyle Street, Queen’s Marque, Seaport Farmer’s Market and many more. Who are You?
You are an experienced hardscaper willing to train a crew of 2-3 people. You are very comfortable running a hardscape project from start to finish with limited direction from your manager.
You are comfortable with basic excavation, grading/layout, gravel base installation/compaction and installation of pavers and retaining walls. You don’t mind a long hard day of slugging it with your crew.
You have the following skills/qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
- Comfortable with smartphone/tablet
- 1-2 years experience in hardscape construction
- Experienced in operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
More importantly, you are driven individual looking to grow and be a part of moving a business forward. You are trustworthy so that you can take on tasks and projects within your team with limited supervision. You are able to solve problems and willing to make a decision even if it’s a mistake. You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and responsibilities when the team needs you.

Who will be on your Team?
Day-to-day you will be working with your crew of 2-3 people with varied experience in construction and hardscaping. You will work directly with a project manager to troubleshoot grading, layout, scheduling and major issues with site and customers. You will be working on and off with our fleet manager to ensure your equipment is repaired when down and working day-to-day as well as the office periodically for paperwork and support.
