Responsible for maximising the potential of the pharmaceutical business by planning, developing and implementing the marketing plan for a disease area or initiative. Monitoring, measuring, learning and adapting to drive for success through delivery of prioritised work packages with the goal of delivering better outcomes for more patients, faster.
- Leads projects across strategically aligned therapy areas
- Builds meaningful customer partnerships to understand challenges and build insights
- Demonstrates entrepreneurialism and innovation in co-creating solutions to customer challenges
- Contributes and leads on to development of strategic plans and goals
- Actively contributes to the learning & development of other Marketing Partners, through acting as mentor and coach across strategically aligned therapy area(s), key Marketing capabilities and customer engagement.
