The FYidoctors Corporate Development team is seeking an Coordinator for our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A;) team at our Home Office in Calgary, AB. You will be working with the M&A; team to assist in the coordination of all aspects of the M&A; life cycle. This would include overall management, administration, and reporting of the progress of our M&A; projects utilizing our cloud-based software platform Midaxo.

Ideal candidate:

You demonstrate a proactive leadership style to ensure deal flow bottlenecks are minimized and resolved, with time to close KPI’s achieved. You have an ability to build positive relationship with vendors, and act as a Brand Ambassador. With a strong project management background, you can build presentations, track, and collect documentation, assist with business development leads and data administration pipeline tracking. You are tech savvy and have worked with different software’s, vendor management tools and BI tools to mine data. You offer independence, high energy, critical thinking, attention to detail, and tact when professionally communicating with internal and external stakeholders.


- University or Graduate degree with a focus in business, accounting, or finance

- Understanding of mergers and acquisition (M&A;) processes

- Three to five (3-5) years progressive administrative experience

- M&A;, integration teams

- Project management experience, ability to stay organized and keep a pulse on the M&A; lifecycle

- Systems administration background, experience with Midaxo is considered an asset

- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 suite of services knowledge
