Job description



What We Are Looking For:



We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can work well with others and on their own. We are looking for organized and attentive Human Resource (HR) Administrative Assistants to join the Human Resources team. Qualified individuals will work closely in assisting the HR manager and HR assistants in communicating and organizing new MARI members by guiding them through the hiring process. As a brief overview, HR administrative assistants will be responsible for sending emails and maintaining communication with recent MARI hires and established branch members of the MARI organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to reply to emails in a prompt, concise manner and teamwork skills. HR admin assistants will work as part of the HR team and will directly be under the supervision of the HR assistants.



Responsibilities:



The HR admin assistant will be responsible for frequently checking the HR inbox, responding and directing internal MARI member inquiries with other MARI departments, assisting new applicants within the hiring process, and coordinating interview times and schedules with the HR interviewers. The HR admin assistant will play key communicative roles within MARI across all branches and will be involved in following up and informing members within MARI.



Typical Duties:



- Provide reports/updates to the HR Assistants and HR Manager on a regular basis



- Identify and address inquiries from MARI members with related MARI managers/ departments online via email or video conferences.



- Write emails in a concise, prompt manner.



- Request documentation/ write follow up emails from applicants



- Organize and keep a track record of emails being sent and received



- Effectively communicate with MARI team members and management.



- Manage the technologies which are required to facilitate training.



- Attend weekly meetings and post-meeting discussions.



- Interact professionally and diplomatically with people of various educational backgrounds.



Qualifications/Requirements:



1)Education/Experience:



- Current or previous enrolment in undergraduate or graduate studies programs.



- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).



2)Skills/Abilities:



- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)



- Experience working with Google Software (Drive, Docs, Sheets)



- Innovative and strong decision makers



- Excellent teamwork skills



- Be a strategic thinker



- Communication skills to discuss and document progress



- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical reasoning



- Ability to prioritize and multitask when under pressure of tight deadlines



- Efficient and excellent time management skills



- Strong organization and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn new CRM softwares/programs
