You as a Proposal Manager will:

- Be accountable for all aspects of proposal management for assigned proposal, pre-qualification, and presentation submissions. This will involve directly working with senior management, project directors, technical content leads, and subject matter experts to ensure that proposal process, design, content, and relationships are effectively managed on assigned pursuits.

- Lead status and review meetings to ensure pursuit teams are informed about the latest proposal requirements and on schedule with their assigned contributions.

- Manage the design and presentation of proposal content and packaging to ensure visual clarity and consistency with brand standards.

- Manage the administration, document control, and final production of all pursuit response requirements.

- Collaborate with fellow Proposal Managers to provide oversight, guidance and mentorship to Proposal Coordinators on assigned pursuits and management initiatives.

- Work with the Corporate Proposal Marketing department to lead initiatives that add value and consistency to corporate proposal systems.

Is this the right role for you?

- You have five to ten years of professional work experience managing pursuit teams or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. Experience with Public-Private Partnership pursuits is a major asset.

- You have a degree or diploma in Commerce/Marketing/Communications, or an equivalent background in marketing, communication, graphic design, project management, or administration.

- You have strong process skills involving the efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex projects under challenging timelines.

- You have strong writing and proofreading skills. You pay particular attention to content with regards to copy writing, editing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

- You have a strong design sensibility and pay particular attention to the visual clarity and consistency of information.

- You are well-versed with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint) and Google Apps (specifically Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) is an asset.
