Responsible to the Director, eCommerce for providing support to Home’s website and eCommerce program.
Responsible for meeting scheduling/coordination, compilation of reports and preparing appropriate materials for meetings and presentations. Track and maintain databases and reporting for eCommerce activities.
Monitor the eCommerce event calendar and communicate changes with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent alignment across Home’s digital channels.
Proof digital marketing material as required.
Support the eCommerce team with landing and theme page content development and merchandising products online to provide an optimal user experience.
Test website enhancements and ongoing site content updates; provide feedback, suggestions and recommendations to the eCommerce team.
Administrative duties such as invoicing, screening and responding to department inquiries and other duties as required for the department.
College / University diploma or degree in business and marketing an asset, with business or retail.
Minimum two years’ marketing or retail experience in an eCommerce environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Discoverer, Google Analytics or GA360 a definite asset.
Knowledge of digital marketing and exposure to enterprise-level eCommerce platforms an asset.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and react to changing situations.
Bilingual in French would be an asset.
