Position Summary



Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, person hired must provide assistance in areas including,

but not limited to recruitment and selection, office administrative work, office work, sales, training and development, maintenance of employee data and implementation of HR initiatives.



Main Duties



Provide assistance to recruitment and hiring by creating and managing job postings and job advertisements, prescreening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling in person interview and conducting background checks as required;

Provide support to special projects and implementation of HR initiatives;

Responsible for general Human Resources administration;

Perform filing and maintain filing system;

Assisting in general office duties;

Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications



Human Resources Management degree/diploma/certificate program in a recognized University/College;

Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook;

Proficient with GSuite;gmail, google sheets, goodle docs, etc.

Analytical and highly detail-oriented individual with a focus on quality and accuracy;

Strong interpersonal, as well as oral and written communication skills;

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Demonstrated time management skills and organizational abilities;

Experience with file management a strong asset;

Schedule:

8:30 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Saturday as seasonal demand dictates
