Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (40 hours per week); period of employment

May - September

Salary: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

As a member of the RCCS Department, this seasonal position will oversee the development,

coordination and implementation of staff training and the daily activities for the City of Belleville’s

‘Activities in the Park’ programs. They will prepare schedules and supervise summer programs

& Staff (both on-site and off-site).

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Two (2) years/seasons experience as a Senior Program Leader or similar experience

with programming for children

Staff supervisory experience of at least one year/season

College or University student or graduate (child related field of study is an asset)

Hold a current Standard First Aid and C.P.R. Certification

Hold the High Five – Principles of Healthy Child Development certificate

Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required
