Whistler Reception Services (WRS) operates two multi-functional front desks for privately owned and rented properties throughout Whistler. We are seeking a committed, versatile and reliable employee who has a high attention to detail. The role involves working front desk shifts at both desk locations and performing pre-guest check in inspections at properties throughout Whistler village.
We have:
- A set schedule so you usually have the same days off
- A variety of shifts to maximize the Whistler lifestyle (morning, afternoon, evening and mid shifts)

You have:
- A positive attitude
- A reliable vehicle
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Customer service or sales experience
- Multi-tasking, time management and problem solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft office or similar
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Housekeeping experience or knowledge an asset
- A valid Canadian Work Permit (if applicable)

As a part of our COVID-19 Safety Plan both front desk locations have Plexiglass installed, hand sanitizing stations and gloves and masks available to all staff. Office work spaces are sanitized at the start of each shift to keep our staff safe.
