What can I expect to do in this role?
In this role you will:
- provide specialized technical leadership for all aspects of DAC process.
- provide technical analysis, support and co-ordination for all operational incidents affecting client work
- anticipate and troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing expertise, resolve problems, and improve delivery effectiveness
- develop, foster and manage effective partnerships with vendors and suppliers
How do I qualify?
Knowledge:
- you have knowledge of I⁢ technology development, implementation, operations management and security, and emerging technologies to assess client needs, lead projects, and provide expertise
- you have knowledge of industry methodologies and tools for software packages
- you have knowledge of current trends and practices in transforming raw software into machine deployable modules such as MSI's or equivalent
- you have knowledge of the OPS deployment systems (RADIA, Intune, Modern Endpoint Management (MEM))
Reasoning, Analytical, and Problem Solving Skills:
- you have interpretive reasoning and problem solving skills to assess and recommend strategies for development, integration and implementation of complex technical solutions
- you have analytical skills to identify current system/software requirements for clients or the department
- you have problem solving skills to assess problems referred to by other analysts in the section and to identify, diagnose and resolve problems impacting the information technology infrastructure
Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership Skills:
- you can write, explain and present complex technical reports and recommendations for audiences and/or decision-makers whose area of expertise may not be in this area
- you can establish effective working relationships with vendors, customers, and other staff
Project Management Skills:
- you have knowledge of project management, planning and control methods to lead or participate in project teams
