Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00 CAD/Hour - 30 hrs./week

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare payroll slips/pay stubs according to the type of pay period,
- Working with bookkeeping software,
- Prepare company annual tax returns, assets and depreciation,
- Record all expenses and sales and ensure they match with bank statements,
- Prepare financial statements and report them to an accountant,
- Prepare financial and accounting reports,
- Reconcile accounts,
- Filing of government remittances.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Ability to work with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently as well as prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
