Job Description:

We are searching for a Sales Supervisor who is passionate, dynamic and willing to grow with our quickly expanding, Montreal company. The sales lead will assist the store manager in diverse tasks.

Customer service and sales experience

Easily adapts and quick learner



Able to work alone and within a team



Available days, nights and weekends



RESPONSIBILITIES



Follow up and manage customer service emails





Ensure correct in-store delivery process



Manage in-store appointments and YCBM schedule



Develop sale techniques and recommend approaches



Team management when the store manager is absent



Create social media content



Open and close the boutique



Ensure that all team members correctly represent the brand image and serves customers in a professional manner.
