The Workforce Solutions Strategic Initiatives, Technology & Operations (SITO) team supporting Deloitte Global is growing and is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Mobility Reporting and Analysis. We are looking for an individual that is technical, curious, a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about People data.

This individual will work closely with the Reporting and Analytics leader to conduct analyses and design, build, maintain, produce and distribute report deliverables that inform and engage key stakeholders.

- Responsible for preparation and reporting out of bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Talent Acquisition, Executive Talent

- Acquisition, Mobility, and internal team metrics such as team capacity and time to fill.

- Work with stakeholders to provide ad-hoc analysis, assess new report build requests, and assess feasibility of reporting

- Utilize Tableau, Avature, MS Excel Power Query and various other off and online tools to conduct analysis and design and build new reports

- Analyze metrics to flesh out current and historical trends and make recommendations to stakeholders

- Maintain data dictionary, terminology and other documentation

- Contribute to continual improvement of the reporting and analytics function including working with technology teams to guide development of reporting functionality within People systems such as the Applicant Tracking system

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education

- 3+ years’ experience in a role that required solid knowledge in HR including Talent Acquisition and Data Analytics

- Minimum of one year of dedicated experience using desktop Tableau or similar Business Intelligence (BI) software to build dashboards from scratch from various data sources; demonstrated high level of proficiency in data analytics and use of BI software through work experience and/or education

- Understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting; experience with Applicant Tracking System, and HRIS

- Advanced Excel and PPT skills (lookups, if statements, macros, dashboard building, graphing, visualization)

- Comfortable working with large sets of data with ability to merge various data sources to uncover trends and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations

- Comfortable with varying degrees of technical maturity in the reporting organization; e.g. you are as comfortable with building reports using PowerQuery and PowerPoint as you are working with enterprise level systems

- Ability to clearly communicate and draw conclusions with data in order to answer business questions

- Ability to deliver information in a presentation to a client in a clear and concise manner

- Experience supporting leadership with a desire to work and grow within a People (HR) organization

- Familiarity with Avature platform and reporting functionality

- Previous experience as a Recruiter or similar role is advantageous but not required

- Tableau or competitor BI tool certification is preferred but not required
