Our client is hiring a Executive Personal Assistant to support the President. This is a role that will keep you busy - you will be on call for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The Executive Personal Assistant will be managing schedules, calendars, meetings, and email in addition to organizing travel, dry cleaning, and managing the home. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced role; have previous experience providing personal assistance and be able to anticipate needs.

Managing daily schedules; advising the President on daily priorities and communicating urgent tasks and/or changes to priorities.

Managing email, responding as appropriate.

Preparing all meeting documentation, presentation materials and meeting packages.

Organizing travel arrangements (air and ground transportation).

Manages expenses, invoices and basic accounting reports.

Assisting with general office tasks - you will be assisting the office staff as well.

Creating, proofreading, and editing correspondence, memos and general communications.

Personal assistance may include organizing dry cleaning; home cleaning; meals; reservations and travel.

There will be lots of errands, you will be required to deliver drafts and other items to site, or between home and office.


5+ years of experience in a Executive Personal Assistant role.

Prior experience balancing both office tasks and personal errands for Senior level executives.

Must be able to manage highly confidential information with discretion.

Experience managing daily calendars, schedules, responding to email and organizing travel is required.

Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities, last minute errand requests and available 24/7 (there isn’t a lot of weekend work).

Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle, driving is required for this position.

Highly organized, well planned, pro-active problem-solving abilities and intermediate Microsoft Office skills are a must.


Annual salary up to $90,000

3 weeks vacation to start
