Brivia Management is currently seeking a talented individual to join the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and client service oriented to ensure a first quality service and experience to our customers. The candidate must be organized and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads. The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an impeccable presentation. The candidate will be accountable for results and adhere to the Company’s high-quality standards. This person will report to the Director of Property Management.
Ensure customer total satisfaction and good experience throughout the delivery process
Coordinate the delivery of condominiums in collaboration with the team members (construction, notary, accounting and condo manager)
Follow -up on all outstanding issues with the customers, help them with their requests and provide answers to their questions in a timely fashion. Ensure a timely follow up regarding document preparation (notary), financing (bank), inspection and closing date reminders
Produce weekly activity reports for tracking delivery report
Follow-up with construction regarding deficiencies repair in units. Ensure the proper operation of appliances, electricity, ventilation, etc. in the units prior to inspection. Coordinate cleaning team prior to scheduled inspection by customer
Inspection: Greet client in the lobby, confirm identification and POA if necessary and conduct inspection in accordance to the company’s standards
Closing: Keys preparation and shipment to notary
Drop welcome gift in unit prior to taking of possession of unit
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service with at least 2 years in condo delivery coordination
Exceptional customer service skills
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bilingual (French and English). Chinese speaking will be considered a strong asset
Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Able to travel within the Greater Montreal area
