Unit Summary

Patient Food Services provides meals, snacks and enteral feeding for inpatients, outpatients, day clinics and community clients.

Position Summary

The Nutrition Associate assists in all areas of Food Service operation.

Primary duties include but are not limited to collecting patient meal selections; tray assembly; nourishment, enteral feeding and formula preparation; meal and nourishment delivery to patients; tray collection; diet changes; dishwashing; cleaning and customer service.

5. Ability to effectively communicate with several different areas including Nutrition Services, unit staff and supervisors
