The Culture and Diversity Program Manager will play a critical role in these areas by leading the culture strategy across the enterprise, including the overall culture-shaping engagement and sustainment efforts, as well as leading delivery of diversity and inclusion learning and development programs and activities.

We are looking for an HR and/or business professional with a lot of passion in these areas, who is energized by driving change and has the flexibility and drive a dynamic environment needs. This is a great opportunity to build on your experience in developing and deploying enterprise-wide programs while working alongside a fun group of committed HR and business leaders.


On-going measurement of culture-shaping efforts through identified organization survey and feedback activities to understand our baseline and, over time, measure progress; summarize insights and findings and incorporate into action plans

Manage the execution of culture events and the culture-shaping workshops and activities, including:

Leading the development of the overall schedule of sessions

Working directly with HR and business leaders to determine individuals to attend the sessions

Providing leaders with templates to communicate within their own teams

Execute communications, branding and campaign activities for culture shaping and diversity initiatives, including:

Developing high-quality, colleague-focused programs that drive awareness and excitement of our culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Collaborate with team members from across entire Human Resources team to develop, manage and execute tactical project plans related to our culture plans

Partner with HR team to develop team/function-specific tactical plans to drive Culture Change and sustainment

Foster engagement with key stakeholders across the business to support the “viral” spread of our Culture & Values

Providing connection and success stories to communications team

Support work to integrate key culture and diversity & inclusion concepts and actions into our HR people programs and processes

Serve as an active member of our Diversity & Inclusion Council, providing on-going support to our employee affinity groups in the areas of enterprise learning and development.


5 years of progressive, relevant business experience in learning and development, talent management, org development or related areas

Appreciate for and ability to thrive in an environment where collaboration is key

Proven experience effectively planning and executing enterprise-wide programs while working collaboratively within and across functions

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to connect with your audience, respect their needs and perspective in all planning, communication and delivery efforts

Technical aptitude with experience using LMS systems, MS Office, Workday, etc.

University Degree in related discipline required
