About this temporary part time position:What you’ll do:
Help to achieve a warm and caring community through greeting and assisting residents, visitors and guests
Professional and effectively handle the switchboard, greet the public, book tours and schedule meeting rooms
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the extended management team
Send, collect and distribute mail, courier packages and deliveries
What you’ll need:
Post Secondary experience is preferred
Two or more years' experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred
Ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet multiple deadlines
Successful completion of a Office Administration program, focused on MS Office and Excel
