The focus of the Talent Management team is to ensure that we have the right tools,
programs and processes in place that will help drive employee performance, development and engagement across the business. The Talent and Learning Manager will play a critical role in these areas by developing content to effectively upskill employees and people leaders in the areas of performance management, development, and engagement. This role will play an important part in managing aspects of these key processes, as well as collaborating with the broader HR team and key leaders to ensure they are implemented effectively.
This role is a great opportunity if you’re an HR professional with proven experience in developing and deploying training programs who is looking to expand your scope to include ownership of key talent management processes. Develop training and tools for employees and people leaders to build capability and enable them to best leverage Talent Management processes and practices.
Support delivery of specified learning & development programs, including planning, LMS management and workshop facilitation.
In partnership with Director, Talent Management, own portion of on-going annual performance review and engagement survey processes for the enterprise.
Partner with HR Delivery to deliver salaried onboarding program across North America, serving as co-owner of program delivery, measurement and on-going review.
Lead salaried quarterly recognition program and provide support, as required, to bakery hourly recognition program development and deployment.
Support other enterprise projects and programs (DISC, compensation strategy roll-out, etc.) as required.
3-5 years of progressive, relevant business experience in learning and development, talent management, and/ or org development.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups
Proven experience effectively planning and executing projects while working collaboratively within and across functions
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven technical aptitude with experience using LMS systems, MS Office, Workday, etc.
University Degree, with focus in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related discipline strongly preferred.
