We’ll look to you to maintain a profitable and sustainable customer portfolio by using your first-class relationship management skills. You will provide professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for promoting customer loyalty and retention by applying your sales skills to develop and profitably grow our client base. In addition, you will also proactively prospect clients via referrals and work closely with other departments to develop loyalty and retention programs.
You will use your knowledge of FX markets and commercial awareness to build customer fidelity and retention. Your ability to analyze market influences will enhance your excellent communication skills. You will ideally hold a university degree, be analytically minded and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. You’ll have at least 2 years of working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry within a sales-focused role. A university degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
