About the Role
The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated individual to join our team which manages the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald's, Subway & Yum! Brands.
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. As a Franchisee Account Manager, you will manage our most influential franchise merchant relationships for the largest QSR brands globally. What You'll Do
- Build and grow long-term partnerships by leading day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber
- Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly communicating the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Scale success by identifying key operational opportunities within your managed book and developing explicit strategies to drive positive change
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the customer, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale
- Bring your analytical A-game by developing analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our growth goals
- Stay resilient through difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks, ensuring nothing gets missed while consistently finding new ways to contribute to our partnerships
- Lead recurring business reviews to highlight progress, address remaining opportunities, and ensure we are hitting targets for net acquisition and trip growth
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
- Experience using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing/working with enterprise partnerships, franchise organizations, or global brands
- Background in QSR, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
- Demonstrated systems thinking and the ability to work well in highly ambiguous environments
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Bilingual (French) is a plus

For Canada-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is: USD $141,429 - $157,143. The OTE includes a base salary range of CAD$99,000 per year - CAD$110,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $42,429 - $47,143. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
