Alpha Adroit is seeking Geotechnical Engineers or Geologists that have the capability and are willing to become active partners (shareholders) with the company.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Canada is a requirement.
- Having 20+ years of relevant Canadian experience is viewed as an asset.
- Having the interest, knowledge, money (assets or creditworthiness), and industry contacts to be a viable, active partner (shareholder) is a requirement.
- Living in Edmonton or relocating to Edmonton (or a nearby location) is a requirement.
- Project management experience and ability to initiate, manage and get the projects done in-time, within budget, and to the required quality, is deemed an asset.
- Ability to lead teams is viewed as an asset.
- Ability to develop business is considered an asset.
