The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our operational and client-facing teams. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, accurate, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of insolvency-related intake information, operational records, and client submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, review, and validate client and debtor information across multiple systems
- Process structured data from intake forms, supporting documents, and operational workflows
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of insolvency-related data
- Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or anomalies for follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care
- Support backlog cleanup, data normalization,



and record-keeping projects
- Meet productivity and quality targets

What You Need to Succeed

- Prior data entry experience is preferred
- Familiarity with the Canadian insolvency industry (bankruptcy, consumer proposals, OSB forms, intake workflows) is a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on repetitive tasks while maintaining high focus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfort with spreadsheets, web-based platforms, and digital tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive data
- Availability and reliability for up to 20 hours per week as business needs require (hours not guaranteed)
