Job Overview
We are seeking a few fun and reliable rock stars to join our team. This role requires a skilled with strong communication skills, excellent wine, beer and cocktail knowledge, an awesome team player mentality and most importantly an understanding of true hospitality. Willing to train great personalities with high volume experience in fine dining service standards. We can teach you our standards, we can't teach you to have an engaging personality and warmth in interacting with other humans.

Being in the stadium district ( Hello FIFA busyness!) shifts will vary from 4-5 a week depending on internal and external events.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years fine dining serving experience OR minimum 3 years high volume serving experience paired with a desire to learn fine dining service standards
- Strong wine knowledge (basics of pairings, well known regions, etc)
- Ability to work through high volume periods with a good attitude
- A genuine love of hospitality
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and teamwork focused
- Available weekends, including for Saturday/Sunday brunch

Pay: Up to $17.85 per hour
