Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment. This role is essential in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Support serving staff by providing clean plates, glassware, and utensils as needed.
- Participate in inventory management by reporting supplies that need replenishing.

Requirements

- Availability: Monday to Sunday.



Our hours of operations are mainly from 11am-5pm with occasional evening events as well as extended hours during the summer time for patio season.
- Flexibility: Willing to work occasional evenings for special events (wine dinners, banquets, First Friday, etc.).
- Commitment: part-time preferred ( 2–4 shifts per week).
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong cleaning and organizational skills with an emphasis on maintaining a sanitary workspace.
