Description:

Meadow Hill Staffing is currently working with established collision repair shops across Toronto looking to hire experienced Auto Body Technicians. We have multiple full-time, permanent opportunities available immediately for skilled technicians ready to join a busy, well-equipped shop.

If you're a Body Tech, Auto Body Mechanic, Collision Repair Technician, or Auto Body Refinisher with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality repairs, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on collision-damaged vehicles
- Replace, align, and weld damaged panels (steel, aluminum, plastic)
- Use frame straightening equipment and measuring systems
- Prepare vehicles for paint refinishing
- Work with insurance adjusters and shop estimators on repair plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace
- Follow OEM repair procedures and I-CAR best practices

Preferred (Not Required):

- 310Q Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer Certificate of Qualification (C of Q)
- Red Seal endorsement




- I-CAR certification (Platinum, Gold, or Silver)
- OEM certifications (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Honda, Toyota, etc.)
- Experience with aluminum and structural repair
- Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC ONE estimating experience
- Apprenticeship in progress also welcome

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of hands-on auto body repair experience preferred (apprentices welcome)
- Ability to read repair orders, estimates, and OEM procedures
- Comfortable with MIG welding, spot welding, and panel replacement
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
