Meadow Hill Staffing is currently hiring Auto Body Technicians for several busy collision repair facilities in Brampton. With Brampton's growing population and high vehicle volume, our partner shops are consistently busy and need skilled technicians who can deliver quality repairs.

We're looking for Body Repair Technicians, Collision Repair Specialists, and Auto Body Mechanics with robust fundamentals and a commitment to doing the job right.

Day-to-Day Work Includes:

- Performing structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Replacing damaged panels, fenders, doors, and quarter panels
- Welding (MIG, spot, aluminum where applicable)
- Frame straightening and dimensional alignment
- Surface preparation for paint
- Coordinating with estimators, parts staff, and painters
- Working from OEM repair procedures and I-CAR guidelines

Preferred Credentials (Not Mandatory):

- 310Q Certificate of Qualification through Skilled Trades Ontario
- Red Seal certification
- I-CAR certifications at any level
- OEM-specific training programs
- Aluminum repair certification
- Active apprenticeship status

What Makes You a Great Candidate:

- Hands-on experience in a collision shop or apprenticeship environment




- Comfort with modern repair techniques including aluminum and high-strength steel
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Open to ongoing training (I-CAR, OEM courses paid by employer in some cases)
