- -Serve as first point of contact for orders

- Provide assistance and problem resolution to clients in areas of order status and product availability

- Answer client calls, identify their needs and respond in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

- Respond to client e-mails and transfer to the appropriate department for resolution.

- Accomplish any other task related to customer service required by their position or by their supervisor.


- Bilingual

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of the Microsoft series

Knowledge of JD Edward system (asset)

- Positive and dynamic attitude


Ability to work individually and as team

MIN 2 years’ experience in customer service
