The Role of Technical Support Engineer



We are looking for a technical support engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.



You will troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues which pertain to our service.



Responsibilities include resolving frontend UI issues, data acquisition systems,

search relevancy issues, account configurations, and more. Additionally, you will work directly with the customer success, integrations, product and engineering teams to help analyze, address, and resolve various customer issues.



Requirements





- Bachelor's degree, Bootcamp graduate, or equivalent

- Ability to work core hours and provide after hours support

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

- HTML, Javascript, CSS, Javascript

- Excellent communication abilities





Nice to have





- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer or similar role

- Familiarity with help desk software (eg. ZenDesk)

- PHP

- Experience with AngularJS, React, Vue, or similar frameworks

- Twig templating system

- Ecommerce platform experience ( Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Volusion, MIVA )
