Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager



Senlas Corporation is an industry leader in immigration, education, and investment consulting and is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager with 5 years of experience.



Location: North York Centre, steps from the subway at Yonge and Sheppard

Responsibilities:



· Communicating courteously with clients via telephone, email, face to face, etc;



· Establishing strategies to marketing existing clients;



· Identifying sales channels, reaching out to agencies and institutes to promote the company’s projects and market clients;





· Investigating and solving clients’ complaints, providing positive customer experience, and implementing and enhancing current policies and standards;



· Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and/or business partners;



· Providing suggestions on staff recruitment and performance appraisals for marketing and the customer service department



· Learning about company's services and keeping up to date with changes;



· Maintaining metrics that are visible to the leadership team to show compliance and highlight trends;



· Utilizing strong coordination efforts to ensure efficient communication and workflow processes between departments, and ongoing support of customer requirements.



Requirements:



· Must have a minimum of 5 years related working experience;



· Exceptional experience in the area of customer service;



· Pleasant and friendly phone etiquette;



· Excellent client relation, negotiation, organization and communication skills;



· Excellent English and Chinese verbal & written skills;



· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;



· Mediation and conflict resolution experience is considered a definite asset;



· Superior time management and multi-tasking abilities;



· Ability to manage and resolve unusual, stressful circumstances



Job Type: Full-time



Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
