Are you experienced in supervising and coaching a North American credit team?

Do you consider yourself an expert at analyzing customers’ credit worthiness and risk?

We are seeking a North American Credit Supervisor to analyze customer credit data and assess risk in extending credit. This role works with cross-functional teams globally to resolve customer issues with financial and credit transactions.

What you’ll do to be successful in this role…

What you’ll bring…

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel required. SAP knowledge is necessary.

Language/Communication Requirements:

Well-developed English oral and written communication and interpersonal skills essential to deal with delinquent retail business customer accounts, utilizing discretion, tact and firmness.

Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated ability to prevent, analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment . Strong financial acumen with proven data analysis and effective time management skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage multiple fast-moving customer accounts concurrently within strict deadlines and budget constraints.

Work Style: Structured independent thinker with ability to work as part of a global team. Polished and upbeat professional presentation. Indisputable integrity as well as credibility and demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others. Strong work ethic with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude in a retail entrepreneurial environment is required.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years of progressive credit, collections, claims and deductions experience in a similar role. 2 - 5 years’ supervisory experience with proven ability to mentor, coach and supervise a team. Experience dealing with delinquent accounts in a fast-paced environment is essential.
