The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an entry-level role for those who want to get started in SaaS sales.



Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will work closely with the entire Sales and Marketing teams and be responsible for generating and qualifying business with prospective clients. As the first point of contact for potential customers, your enthusiasm for the Axonify platform and the ability to share relevant customer success stories is essential in every interaction you create. Focusing on a defined list of ideal customers, you will introduce Axonify to prospective clients and identify high-quality sales opportunities.

You’ll Be Successful At





- Connecting with prospective clients, asking questions, understanding their needs and clearly communicating the Axonify brand.

- Gaining a deep understanding of our customer base in order to share relevant success stories with prospective clients.

- Plunging headfirst into industry research to build relationships, generate awareness of Axonify and engage with prospects.

- Gaining an excessive understanding of the Axonify platform and our amazing client testimonies and use this information to engage prospective clients.

- Collaborating with our internal gurus, mentors and team members on marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, webinars, website visits, and referral inquiries.

- Using the latest sales and marketing tools and modern social media approaches to connect with strategically determined accounts.

- And of course, there will be other duties that support the Axonifam and further build your skills.





Because You Bring





- University degree or College diploma (background in a business or related program is preferred).

- Experience in a sales environment or a desire to be exceptional at prospecting sales opportunities.

- Confidence to converse with senior decision-makers.

- A passion to learn and use the Axonify platform and target specific market segments.

- A ferocious appetite to meet daily activity targets and SLA’s with our Marketing and Sales teams.

- A natural ability to effectively communicate over the phone, email or other forums that demonstrate your positivity, creativity, and purpose.

- The desire to learn from others and independently solve problems with ambition and energy.

- A team spirit that wants to be part of something great!
