What you will do



At ResQ our Customer Success team are the key relationship holders with our restaurant operators. You will be partnering with some of North America’s largest and most recognized brands focusing on delivering solutions to their biggest challenges of operating a restaurant, dealing with repair and maintenance. You will manage your own portfolio of customers to strengthen retention, increase expansion and strengthen our partnership. You love working with our customers to understand and continuously align to their business goals and to optimize the value they are getting out of ResQ by acting as their strategic partner and providing insights, best practises and recommendations on how best to leverage the ResQ platform. You will also act as the internal champion for our clients to ensure our teams have all the information they need to continue to make ResQ an invaluable asset in our partners success.
