A Day in the Life

The In House Repair Rep is responsible for performing repairs, upgrades, calibration and configuration, as well as preventive maintenance as per Medtronic SOP's and manuals.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

- Performs in-house servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center.

- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.

- Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products.

- Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

- May communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- 0 years of experience is required.

- Ability to learn and retain advanced product, process and policy information.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment.

- Demonstrated high level of collaboration with various of team members.

Nice to Have

- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.

- Experience working in a medical device or healthcare industry is preferred.
