- Analyze systems from both organizations, the Ministry funding guidelines, and internal processes to identify areas to improve client referral processes, integrated case management and strategies to increase Client referral volumes to WCG and its Service Provider Network

- Provide guidance to both organizations on how to prepare for the introduction of the Integrated Service Delivery Model

- Identify and champion change management initiatives for both organizations

- Develop, implement and deliver training plans for both organizations and its Service Provider Network to support new initiatives

- Assist in communication and training of both parties to ensure that successful referrals and case management will occur post January 2021


- Promotion and generation of client referrals to EO service Providers in line with referral KPI's

- Ongoing communication/training of strategies to support referrals and integrated case management

- Building working relationships with Life Stabilization supports for referrals and support

- Develop and maintain open and transparent relationships with Service Providers to improve collaborative approach to supporting clients achieve their goals.

- Identify areas of continuous improvement to ensure ongoing systems are robust and support objectives

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local referring organizations to ensure continuous Client referrals

- Be the initial contact for community partner leads generated by WCG's Centralized Support Centre


- Post-secondary education in business, social services or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience

- Experience in Employment Services, with a focus on referral generation ideally including process/strategy development

- Bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset

- Strong relationships management skills

- Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment

- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders

- Self-starter with excellent organization, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

- Good research abilities

- Advanced MS Office skills and various web-based applications

- Advanced written and oral communication skills

- Ability to manage challenging workloads through prioritization and effective time management

- A high level of confidentiality is required

- A criminal record check is required
