In this role you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle incoming inquiries from your home office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an empathetic approach while listening to customers, analyzing their needs and helping resolve their issues. What do we offer?

- $13.50/hr, paid breaks, financial perks handling 100% inbound calls

- Paid Training @ $11.50/hr within a state-of-art video support & interactive training environment

What are we looking for?

- A passion to deliver great customer service in a measurable, target-driven environment

- The ability to work various full-time shifts between 7:00 AM & Midnight (EST)

- Basic computer troubleshooting skills

- Private work setting that complies with our standards

- High Speed Internet, greater then 5MB UL, (non-Satellite) that can be hardwired into our equipment

- An acceptable criminal background check
