Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $45,000 – $75,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Travel Adviser to plan, book, and manage travel for clients across leisure or corporate trips. The role combines deep destination knowledge with operational discipline — making sure every trip happens the way it should.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and book travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) tailored to client needs
Advise clients on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and trip logistics
Resolve in-trip issues including delays, cancellations, and rebookings
Maintain accurate bookings and traveller profiles in GDS and booking platforms
Build relationships with hotel, airline, and DMC partners
Meet revenue, attachment, and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in travel advisory, corporate travel, or agency roles
Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus
Robust destination knowledge across multiple regions




Excellent written and verbal communication and client service
Comfort with after-hours support during traveller emergencies
IATA or equivalent certification is a plus
