Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $85,000 – $135,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across channels. The role is hands-on with budgets, creative, and analytics — driving CAC, conversion, and ROAS through disciplined experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
Manage paid budget allocation across channels and campaigns
Build and ship landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments
Run a continuous testing program on creative, audiences, and bidding
Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; report on channel performance weekly
Partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on integrated growth

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years running paid acquisition at scale ($1M+ annual budget)
Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Robust analytical skills and comfort with attribution and incrementality testing
Working knowledge of GA4,



ad-side analytics, and tracking tools
Experience briefing creative for paid social and search
Bias for testing, measurement, and rapid iteration
