Recent Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking Azure-focused DBAs with experience in PostgreSQL and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) database solutions. This role will support cloud-first initiatives, including migration, optimization, and ongoing operations of contemporary data platforms.

You will help drive adoption of cloud-native database services while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
Administer Azure database services (Azure PostgreSQL, Azure SQL)
Support cloud migrations from on-prem to Azure
Manage backup, recovery, and high availability configurations
Monitor and optimize performance in PaaS environments
Implement security and access controls
Automate database operations using Azure tools




Support incident management and operational activities

Requirements:
5+ years of DBA experience, with robust Azure focus
Hands-on experience with Azure PostgreSQL and/or Azure SQL
Experience with cloud migrations and modernization
Understanding of PaaS architecture and limitations
Experience with monitoring and automation in Azure
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
