Qualifications
Must have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of skilled HR experience.
Hold an applicable HR designation such as CHRP, CHRL, CCP or working towards.
Experience in municipal or public sector HR is considered an asset.
HR expertise in at least one functional area (compensation, labour relations, recruitment, compliance, policy development, performance management, training and development).
Solid technical skills that include data analytics, ERP's, MS Office Suite, etc.
Exceptional communication skill.
Organizational skills that support strategic thinking,
change management, project management.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team, hold confidentiality and build solid relationships across all levels.
Hours The standard workweek consists of an average of 40 hours, with the specific schedule being determined by the immediate supervisor.
Compensation Salary range $51.57 - $66.65 per hour as per the Out-of-Scope Agreement.
